Our client is looking for an Account Manager to join their growing Auckland-based agency team.

You might be an Account Executive or Senior Account Executive ready for the next step, an Account Manager looking for a fresh challenge, or someone from a media agency background keen to make the move into an integrated creative environment. Whatever your path, you'll have a genuine interest in advertising and great creative work, along with a desire to continue developing your account management skills.

You'll be someone who enjoys building strong relationships and being at the heart of projects. Organised and proactive, you'll be comfortable managing timelines, coordinating multiple moving parts, and ensuring work is delivered smoothly from brief through to completion.

As this is a tight-knit agency environment, you'll have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of clients and projects. You'll enjoy variety, be happy wearing multiple hats, and thrive in a role where no two days are quite the same. You'll work closely with senior team members, gaining exposure to clients, strategy, creative development, and the day-to-day running of campaigns.

You'll have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a positive, solutions-focused approach. Most importantly, you'll be someone who takes ownership, enjoys being part of a close-knit team, and is excited about growing your career in a supportive agency environment.
