YOU
Our client is looking for a Senior Performance Manager to support digital activity across a mix of client accounts.
You'll bring 4–7+ years of experience across digital marketing, paid media or digital account management, ideally within an agency environment. You'll have solid hands-on knowledge of Google Ads (including Search, Performance Max and YouTube) and Meta Ads, along with a strong understanding of how paid social and search campaigns are structured, delivered and optimised.
You're comfortable working directly with clients, able to take a brief and turn it into clear actions, and confident explaining performance and recommendations in a straightforward, commercial way.
This is a hands-on role in a lean agency, sitting across client conversations, campaign planning and delivery. You'll stay close to the work—sense-checking setup, reviewing targeting and creative, and ensuring campaigns are running as they should.
Day to day, you'll manage briefs, shape campaign approach and keep activity moving from setup through to reporting. You'll support or oversee builds across Meta and Google, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure campaigns are delivered accurately.
You'll regularly review performance, identify what's working (and what's not), and make practical recommendations across budgets, audiences and creative to improve results.
You'll also contribute to reporting and insights, turning data into clear direction for clients. Internally, you'll work closely with a small team, helping to keep work organised, well-briefed and delivered to a high standard, while supporting junior team members where needed.
