YOU

Our client is looking for a talented social specialist to join their growing team. You might be an experienced Senior Social Account Manager ready for your next step, or a Junior Account Director looking for an opportunity to further develop your career in a high-performing agency environment.

You'll come from an agency background, ideally a social-first environment, and have built your career managing social campaigns for a range of clients. Paid social experience is essential and, if you've also had exposure to organic social, that's a definite plus. Most importantly, you'll understand how social can help brands build meaningful connections with audiences and deliver real business results.

This role will suit someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You're not the type to simply keep projects moving; you enjoy getting under the skin of a client's business, identifying opportunities, and helping shape smart solutions. You'll be confident leading client conversations, presenting work, thinking strategically, and building trusted relationships along the way.

While social expertise is the foundation of the role, you'll also have the opportunity to broaden your experience across integrated campaigns. The agency can help develop those skills, but they're looking for someone who can bring strong social knowledge, sound thinking, and credibility from day one.

You'll be naturally proactive, highly organised, and comfortable managing multiple clients and projects at once. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to do great work will set you apart.
