This role is all about balance—you'll be hands-on with planning and execution while also acting as a trusted advisor to clients. Working across a mix of accounts, you'll collaborate closely with Performance specialists to deliver campaigns that are not only well executed but grounded in insight. You'll need to be comfortable navigating conversations, translating client needs into clear direction, and turning data into actions that drive real results. Strong organisation, curiosity, and a genuine focus on client service will set you apart, as you manage workflows, keep campaigns on track, and continuously look for ways to improve performance.
