You've got around 3-5 years of media planning and buying experience, and by now you know what works, what doesn't, and how to steer things in the right direction. You're great with people (clients actually want to talk to you), you build trust quickly, and you know how to turn a brief into something that delivers. Whether it's solving problems on the fly or spotting opportunities others miss, you bring energy, confidence, and a bit of spark to everything you do.
