Our globally respected, award-winning agency client is looking to hire an Account Supervisor to join their New York City team. This is a hands-on role, supporting senior account leadership across blue chip U.S. accounts, while partnering closely with a global creative team.

With your 4+ years’ experience, you will manage day-to-day client relationships, supporting projects from initial brief and scoping through to delivery, billing, and evaluation. The work spans integrated campaigns, including content, film, thought leadership, events, and more. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, growing commercial awareness, and the ability to keep projects on track while contributing to account growth opportunities. Experience with B2B and tech clients will be highly beneficial in this role. 

We are looking for someone who has experience delivering integrated campaigns and is confident working across multiple projects at once. You’ll be highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You’re a strong communicator who enjoys building relationships and brings a solutions-focused mindset to everything you do.

Internally, you’ll help bring structure and clarity across teams, working closely with creative, account, and project management functions to deliver high-quality work. You’ll support scopes, budgets, resourcing, and forecasting, helping to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.
