Our client is looking for a Senior Digital Marketer to elevate strategy, drive results and further enhance the team’s already strong digital output.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of performance marketing experience, ideally from within an agency setting, with strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO and conversion optimisation. You’ll be comfortable turning data into clear business decisions and be motivated by driving tangible commercial growth while contributing to a collaborative digital team.

This role requires someone who has been in the industry long enough to have developed strong commercial acumen. You’ll be someone who understands that platforms and tools evolve, automation increases, but strategic thinking remains the differentiator. You won’t rely on tools to make decisions for you; instead, you’ll apply a clear commercial lens to campaign strategy, ensuring every activity ladders up to meaningful business outcomes.

This is a blended role that combines hands-on activation with strategic digital leadership. You will take ownership of key accounts, developing and executing paid media strategies across Google Ads and Meta, guiding budget allocation, and identifying optimisation opportunities across search, social and display. When campaigns underperform, you will use data-led analysis and commercial insight to diagnose issues and realign activity to clear revenue-driven KPIs.

Beyond paid media, you will lead practical SEO audits and roadmaps, identifying technical, structural and content improvements, and working closely with developers and content teams to implement changes. You will also drive website optimisation initiatives by analysing user journeys, strengthening tracking through GA4 and Tag Manager, and recommending UX and landing page enhancements that improve conversion rates, lead quality and overall return on investment.

Digital strategy is central to this position. You will look across the full ecosystem (paid, organic, analytics and on-site experience), ensuring activity is cohesive, commercially focused and aligned to wider business objectives, not just channel metrics.

As a senior voice in client conversations, you will translate complex performance data into straightforward commercial insight, align reporting across channels and set realistic, measurable growth targets grounded in commercial impact.
