A well-established, forward-thinking media agency is looking for a Senior Business Manager to join its client service team.

With around six or more years’ experience across media strategy, planning, buying and client service within an agency environment, you will take ownership of a diverse client portfolio. Acting as the day-to-day operational lead, you’ll be the key point of contact for clients while ensuring seamless internal delivery.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role that balances strategic thinking with strong execution. You will lead WIPs, planning sessions and review meetings, providing clear, commercially sound guidance while keeping projects aligned to agreed objectives, budgets and timelines. Working closely with the Performance, Data and SEO specialists, you’ll oversee integrated, multi-channel media plans across digital and traditional channels, ensuring recommendations are insight-led and tied to measurable business outcomes.

You’ll also drive operational excellence across your portfolio by setting clear direction, managing risk, improving ways of working and maintaining high standards of output. Alongside this, you will directly manage and develop junior team members, contributing to a collaborative, accountable team culture.

We’re looking for someone who is confident leading senior client conversations, experienced in managing multiple accounts simultaneously and commercially astute when it comes to scope and prioritisation. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality client experiences are essential.
