An established, progressive media agency is growing its client service team and is looking for a Business Manager to play a key role across a dynamic client portfolio.
With around four years+ experience across media strategy, planning, and client service within an agency environment, you’ll support the delivery of integrated campaigns with a strong focus on digital and ecommerce performance. Acting as a key day-to-day contact for clients, you’ll help ensure projects run smoothly from briefing through to implementation and reporting.
This role offers a balance of strategic input and hands-on execution. You’ll contribute to WIPs, planning sessions and review meetings, providing clear, insight-led recommendations while keeping campaigns aligned to objectives, budgets and timelines. Working closely with Performance and Data specialists, you’ll play an active role in delivering multi-channel media plans — with digital and ecommerce channels at the core — ensuring activity is performance-driven and tied to measurable business outcomes such as online revenue, customer acquisition and conversion growth.
You’ll support workflow management across your accounts, help identify risks early and contribute to continually improving ways of working. While you may have some exposure to mentoring more junior team members, you’ll also be eager to keep developing your own skills within a collaborative, high-performing environment.
We’re looking for someone confident managing client relationships, comfortable juggling multiple projects and commercially aware when it comes to budgets and scope. Strong digital media knowledge and hands-on ecommerce experience are essential. A proactive mindset, analytical thinking and a passion for delivering measurable results will set you up for success in this role.
