Our media-based client is looking for a Senior Business Manager for a 2–3 month contract, starting ASAP.

With around six or more years’ experience across media strategy, planning, buying and client service within a media agency environment, you’ll be confident taking full ownership of a varied client portfolio. You’ll be comfortable stepping into a contract role, quickly understanding account dynamics, and acting as the day-to-day operational lead. As the key point of contact for clients, you’ll ensure seamless internal delivery while maintaining strong, trusted relationships.

This is a hands-on position that balances strategic thinking with strong execution. You'll confidently lead WIPs, planning sessions and review meetings, providing clear, commercially sound guidance while keeping projects aligned to agreed objectives, budgets and timelines. Working closely with Performance, Data and SEO specialists, you’ll oversee integrated, multi-channel media plans across digital and traditional channels, ensuring recommendations are insight-led and tied to measurable business outcomes.

You’ll also directly manage junior team members, contributing to a collaborative and accountable team culture — even within a short-term engagement.

We’re looking for someone who is confident leading senior client conversations and experienced in managing multiple accounts simultaneously. You will be commercially astute when it comes to scope, prioritisation and profitability, bringing a proactive and solutions-focused mindset to everything you do. You must also be available to start immediately, or at very short notice, and able to fully commit to a 2–3 month contract.

You’ll be the type of person who can step in, stabilise, optimise and elevate — without needing extensive onboarding.
