YOU

We're looking for a social-obsessed designer who lives and breathes trends to join a New York agency. This is a high-impact role where you'll own the visual and motion execution across the core social accounts—turning brand strategy into standout, platform-native content.

What you'll do

• Turn trends and cultural moments into smart, pitch-winning social ideas
• Lead motion design across social (animation, video, templates—After Effects is key)
• Design everything from always-on content to big hero campaign launches
• Move seamlessly between consumer brand storytelling and B2B marketing content
• Collaborate closely with creative, copy, and editorial teams
• Push brands creatively while keeping them on-brand
What we're looking for
• 5+ years of experience designing social-first content for major brands
• A true social native
• Strong motion design skills, especially in After Effects
• A portfolio packed with motion-led social work (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, etc.)
• Comfortable working fast, meeting tight deadlines, and capturing content at live events
