We’re looking for a talented client service contractor to join an Auckland-based client service team and make an immediate impact in this short-term contract. You have 4+ years in a creative agency environment, with hands-on experience managing campaigns end-to-end across print, radio, OOH, TVC, social, and digital.

In this role, you’ll hit the ground running—managing accounts, keeping projects on track, and supporting clients to achieve their creative goals. You’re proactive, highly organised, and confident managing client relationships, with sharp attention to detail. Day-to-day, you’ll oversee current and new accounts, anticipate client needs, present work, and collaborate with the team to ensure campaigns are delivered seamlessly.

You’ll also review results, provide actionable insights, and help maintain the agency’s high standards creatively and strategically.
