We're looking for an Account Executive, Account Manager or even a Senior Account Manager to join an Auckland-based agency on a part-time (20 hours per week) contract basis.

This role will see you supporting a busy Senior Account Manager across a high-volume client account, helping to keep projects on track, timelines moving and clients aligned.

You'll be highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple moving parts at once. A big part of the role will involve coordinating approvals, managing deadlines, liaising with clients and working closely with internal production teams to ensure everything is delivered accurately and on time.

Previous creative, advertising or production agency experience in a client service role is essential. While production experience would be a definite advantage, it isn't a must. If you've worked in a client service role and enjoy process, organisation and keeping projects moving, we'd love to hear from you.

This role would suit someone looking for flexibility, whether that's fitting work around family commitments, consulting projects or other interests. The agency is open to a range of working arrangements and is focused on finding the right person rather than prescribing a rigid schedule.
