We’re on the lookout for a remarkable individual to take the reins at a thriving Auckland-based shopper marketing and retail network agency.

If you’re currently a General Manager of an agency, we want to hear from you. We will also consider highly experienced Group Account Directors / Client Service Directors who are eager for their next challenge.

For this exciting opportunity, you should bring a wealth of agency experience to the table, ideally in the shopper marketing, activations, FMCG, and retail sectors. A strong senior management background is essential, along with international reporting and local market experience being a definite plus.

Your impressive track record in managing senior staff and achieving growth projections and financial targets in a competitive landscape will certainly stand out for the role. We are seeking someone who is analytical, strategically savvy, and capable of engaging clients at the highest levels. You’ll possess strong business acumen and a solid understanding of financial management intricacies. A pragmatic, open, and team-focused approach, combined with a sense of fun, will be invaluable in this role.

As the leader of this agency, you will direct and oversee all business operations. Providing strategic guidance to your team and ensuring the agency meets its financial vision, mission, and long-term goals is crucial.
