YOU

You’ll have 5+ years of experience in brand planning and be a Snr Planner looking to take a step up in your career, or already be a Planning Director who’s looking for a new challenge. You’ll be a methodical thinker with relentless curiosity. You’ll use these skills in the role to work with your clients to identify the best approach in order to crack a multitude of complex and important problems. If you're fascinated by your clients' gnarliest challenges and are driven to find solutions and unique insights via research, data or by immersing yourself in diverse audiences…this may be the role for you.

Having previous experience working on government clients will be beneficial but is by no means essential. Ultimately this Wellington-based agency is after a kick-ass Planner who can understand business problems, audiences and culture, and communicate insights about these in clear strategies and compelling creative briefs.
