Our client is looking for a curious, retail-obsessed strategist to join their growing Auckland-based agency.

You’ll have 3 years + of agency experience dealing with insights, customers, and communications. It will be an advantage if you have strategic experience in the shopper marketing space, however, you will also be considered for the role if you come from a communications and brand agency where you’ve worked across retail and FMCG clients. You could also be in account management and be looking to take a step into a strategy role.

You will be collaborative, curious and champion the voice of the consumer. You’ll bring to the table your knack for making complex solutions easy to understand and communicate. Building close and effective relationships with clients will also be something you strive for.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing market-leading insight-led customer strategies, communications, and experiences, so you will be adept at mapping customer journeys and designing meaningful communications that champion the needs of the consumer.
