We are on the hunt for a Business Director to lead some of this agency’s most important client relationships and help drive strategic growth across the media portfolio. This role is perfect for a client-centric leader with a deep understanding of all media, a strong commercial mind-set, and a track record of delivering measurable results.
You will be at the forefront of key client partnerships, providing strategic and data-driven recommendations across your portfolio. Your ability to connect media strategy with business outcomes will be critical, as will your understanding of each client's full marketing ecosystem and investment.
As a team leader, you’ll manage and mentor a tight-knit team, setting the tone for high performance, agility, and collaboration. You will lead by example, fostering a culture that prioritises proactive thinking, operational excellence, and media innovation.
You will also take ownership of continuous improvement across your portfolio — driving smarter processes, uncovering new opportunities, and pushing creative and strategic boundaries to deliver best-in-class results.
