YOU

We are after an ambitious Performance Director to be part of a growing, established, full-service agency that has offices in Wellington and Auckland.

This role includes mentoring and managing team members as well as getting in and rolling up your sleeves and being hands on. You will have extensive knowledge of the digital media industry and experience with digital channels which will support you in leading digital strategies. Experience across wider digital is essential as you will be across social, Google, e-commerce, programmatic and a small amount of offline media. The successful applicant will have exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and relationships with clients and the wider team and suppliers.

You will have the ability to be all-rounded, with exceptional strategic thinking, hands on digital skills and the capability to manage campaigns across all key platforms.
