We are on the hunt for an Account Director with proven retail and FMCG client experience.

You will have 5+ years of client-facing agency experience managing retail and FMCG clients. If you’ve done this in a shopper marketing agency, that would be a bonus.

As this is a client-facing client-service role, you’ll be someone who exudes confidence and be able to build solid working relationships internally and externally with ease. You’ll be known for your superb organisational skills, keen attention to detail, and analytical thinking. Being strategically savvy and able to have business-based conversations with your clients is a must.

Your responsibilities in the role include the running of projects and campaigns (from briefing creative to the rollout), coordinating resources needed to service projects, confidently balancing the expectations of clients, as well budget management, campaign analysis, and portfolio growth.
