YOU
You will be a highly-experienced marketer or a senior agency (advertising/design) professional who has had a background in marketing.

This is a hands-on role, so you won't mind rolling up your sleeves to get the work done. There will be a fair amount of collateral production and event oversight involved, as well as the more traditional marketing remit.

Previous team management experience is preferable as you'll be looking after a team of three direct reports.

You'll need to be happy working in an office environment that is quiet and peaceful. The team members are friendly high-achievers, and highly professional.

To be successful in this role you will need to be person of high integrity and values, low ego, professional, and able to hold your own with some big players.

A background in working with property or building industry companies is advantageous but not essential.
