You will someone who enjoys working in a smaller rather than a larger agency and is prepared to do what is needed to get the job. Prima donnas and/or big noters will not work well in this energetic and creative environment.
You will have a proven record of being able to identify and secure new business opportunities together with the ability to maintain and grow business from a very solid existing customer base.
You will be responsible for using experiential marketing strategy to assist your client brands as well as being an innovator and a progressive thinker.
You will have at least 8 years plus agency experience running and executing experiential campaigns together with a high regard for people leadership and management.
You will be someone who has had experience in events, activations and sampling activities form a brand experiential point aspect.
This role is all about creating the right experiential offering, using all appropriate channels, for your clients.
